Joe Miller, also known as... Cheap Joe...

A great artist and probably most well known in the art material world. 

Joe miller was born in a car in front of the drug store that he would one day own and where he would start Cheap Joes Art Stuff. 

He studied with many artist including skip Lawrence, Don Andrews, John Salminen, Robert Burridge and Charles Sharpe.

Art and inspiring others to is his passion.
