Born in 1963 in Malaysia, Jayson Yeoh is a self-taught
watercolor artist.
His artworks have been selected for exhibition in both local
and international shows, including the 87th Annual Open Juried Exhibition by
the Canadian Society of Painters in Watercolour in Toronto, Canada in 2012, the
4th International Watercolour Biennale “Vada + Farba” in Polotsk, Belarus in
2013, and the 37th International Exhibition by Watercolor Art Society Houston,
USA in 2014.
His artwork "Serenity" won the Second Place
Founders Award in the 2013 International Watermedia "Legacy"
Exhibition organized by Pikes Peak Watercolour Society in Colorado, USA. In
2014, another of his artworks won the Artist Merit Award at the International
Annual Open Exhibition by the Missouri Watercolor Society, USA.
He is currently a member of the Contemporary Malaysian
Watercolorists Association and the Penang Watercolour Society, and has recently
been awarded Signature Status by the Missouri Watercolor Society, USA. And the National Watercolour Society,USA.
